I was an out of state buyer and had negotiated my trade-in price, and the vehicle purchase, through Ricky. I was promised the prices of the trade-in, and my purchase, would not change when I arrived. I’ve dealt with deceptive car dealers in the past, so I was worried once I arrived, that they would try to change the price of my trade-in, knowing that I had just driven 1200 miles to get there. I requested my parents vehicle be assessed (along w/ an oil change) as they will be taking a road trip soon. Was needing to know if anything needed attention i.e. belts, spark plugs, tires, etc. It was not discussed when the service was complete if any "inspection " was done. Also was told there was a nail in a tire but they didn't take the nail out.
We were very skeptical about car dealerships. Antoine stepped up to the plate and took extremely good care of us. Love my new truck. Thanks Antoine.
Jerome Stark was the best service representative that I have experienced in my 68 years of living. His actions dictate that he understands how important service is. My service manager was Keith and I found my experience to be courteous, professional and overall good. I had just completed a cross-country move with a trailer and needed services (oil change, tire rotation, etc). There was only one small hiccup with my services and that came with the tire rotation. The service technicians did not set the tire inflation to proper PSI after rotation. I addressed this with Keith and he assured me it would be taken care of. Depending on how this is addressed in the future, I may continue to use Landers for servicing.
Waited 3 hours for a basic oil change and horrible customer service I will not be back

I was greeted and felt very welcome , I had my son who has autism with me and the staff was very great with him! I came in and explained what i was working with and what my goals were to getting into a new vehicle and trading in my older vehicle, working with Christian was very easy and would definitely buy another vehicle from him, he didnt rush me and definitely had my best interest in mind when it came to getting what I wanted and felt comfortable in.

This was my first visit to Landers. I got an oil change for a 3500 van. The person I talked to set up my account was spot on with info and questions. The service counter person was spot on with moving the van around, time it was going to take, and the price. Checking out was just as well.

We sold my wife’s car to put that $$ with savings and get two cars. We found the 2020 red blazer and worked a deal. We had 10k for the other car - cash deal. My daughter was interested in a different car so we went to a different dealership. They couldn’t find the keys. Extremely disappointing experience. Our work truck has been at this dealership for months, with repeated breakdowns, poor communication, and a pattern of delays from start to finish. After our original service advisor left, communication became even worse, and it felt like no one was taking ownership of our repair. We received conflicting information about authorizations, parts, and repair status, and the truck was even returned to us before failing again the same day. The entire experience has been disorganized, frustrating, and costly to our business. I would not recommend this dealership.

Had my car for a week. Didn’t start the job until day 4, despite having a scheduled appointment on the morning of day 1. After picking up the car & driving approximately 4 miles, the problem was back. Service dept didn’t return phone calls. Had to show up in person on day 3 to find out why my car wasn’t done for a repair that they told me would take a day, maybe two.
