Experience was without any difficulties. We live 90 miles from Landers, so communication was via text at first. Antoine met us when we arrived at the dealership and the sale of the vehicle went as planned.

I had it shipped from Norman OK to Sweet Home Alabama and Tony made sure everything was perfect before the van was loaded. Smoothest transaction ever with zero problems and quick closing. I am a repeat customer and was able to negotiate the purchase online just like last time. I live in Texas and all the local dealers charge a $3000 addendum for worthless products, and I was also able to secure a larger vehicle discount at Landers than any local dealer in Texas. Everything was explained thru texts and we had an appointment set along with our financing. We arrived in Norman to my new Jeep being washed and ready to go! Drove from Dallas to Norman to check out a jeep I was interested in and going to purchase. Some minor things needed to be corrected on the vehicle before I purchase. I found out it sold the following day. Checked the site today and it was still on the site. Reach out to the salesperson and was told it actually officially sold today. Purchased a car that had a smoke smell, was told they would remove the smell in a 4 hour treatment. Scheduled the appointment for Tuesday last week, get told thy havent got to it yet on Wednesday AND Thursday. No updates from the person who was our point of contact Jeremy. I came up from the DFW area and had a great experience with the entire Team. The Used car manager took 2 of my cars as trade in's and gave us top dollar. My sales person Josh was fantastic with all of the communication back and forth via text and phone which made things very simple and easy. Lastly the finance manager was also fantastic. No high pressure just the things you might need for any future issues. Overall one of my best experiences in purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my life.
My daughter is an out-of-state student at OU. When her Jeep Grand Cherokee recently wouldn’t start we had it towed to Landers Chrysler of Norman for service. We had a very disappointing experience at Landers. We trusted the dealership to be fair and transparent, but instead we were overcharged by 50% and $400 for 2 new batteries. We felt like they took advantage of a local college student. On top of it all, when my daughter picked up the car she was treated rudely. We would caution other customers, especially college students, before bringing a car to Landers Chrysler.
I retired from the automobile business after 33+ years. I highly recommend Mitch and this dealership. They have great pricing, and the purchase process was easy and smooth. I was able to communicate all the purchase terms with Mitch ahead of time and it was exactly as we agreed to when we purchased and took delivery of the vehicle. The rest of the employees were also very friendly and helpful.
I have had my Ram 2500 in the shop and today makes 30 days. I have not had one phone call in 30 days. I have had to stop by and get my updates and I have yet to get my transmission ordered through warranty. Service advisor I guess is no longer with the company... Purchased a vehicle on Friday, November 23rd, and was told when they got the vehicle in trade they only ever had one. Took delivery, then I got home and found a Facebook ad displaying the vehicle we purchased, which had been made by an employee of the dealership, describing two keys, with photo evidence of said keys.

Everyone was so nice and helpful at the dealership. Collin was able to pass me onto Cameron whilst he was busy with another customer and the process was overall smooth and efficient.

1) Dealership raised their price on a truck over the course of a weekend. Did not honor their original offer. 2) difficult to reach finance and accounting offices. Left voicemails to request a refund for overpayment—which should have been refunded automatically. 3) financed wasn’t sure if buyer was required to sign the arbitration agreement—it’s not required. Waited 2 hours for the dealerships lawyer to respond and OK.

Got a good deal, friendly. Bought extended warranty. Was told it was 100k over the 49k that was on the purchased vehicle but turns out it was 100k period, so we got 50k. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew that. Be careful.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Landers that I feel compelled to share as a warning to other potential customers. I purchased a used vehicle that was purportedly inspected to ensure all components were functioning properly. However, within mere days it became abundantly clear that either these inspections are incompetently performed or non-existent.

I bought a new 2021 Ram Promaster 2500 utility in Sept. 2021. A week or so ago I received a RECALL for a transmission problem. Guess what! LANDERS NO LONGER EORKS ON RAM PROMASTERS!! So you uphold your end of the deal and they drop you like hot rock! So there you go!
I have a problem with a brand new Jeep Cherokee I bought from them 62900.00 and had to go to a different dealer that is getting me in to fix the problem. FYI beware

I have bought over 100 vehicles. Landers Dodge is the worst I've ever dealt with. I bought a used truck next day turned on Air conditioner. Didn't work. Called Landers they said tough luck.
