I was greeted and felt very welcome , I had my son who has autism with me and the staff was very great with him! I came in and explained what i was working with and what my goals were to getting into a new vehicle and trading in my older vehicle, working with Christian was very easy and would definitely buy another vehicle from him, he didnt rush me and definitely had my best interest in mind when it came to getting what I wanted and felt comfortable in.
Don did an amazing job identifying the perfect Wrangler for our family! Never did I feel rushed to go in on a purchase, rather, I had a great experience looking over the available inventory!

Easy to schedule appointment for recall evaluation. Staff was courteous and thoroughly explained process. They kept me in the loop and notified me when finished. It was seamless. Also, they gave a complimentary car wash, which was a bonus!

This was my first visit to Landers. I got an oil change for a 3500 van. The person I talked to set up my account was spot on with info and questions. The service counter person was spot on with moving the van around, time it was going to take, and the price. Checking out was just as well.

Made my service appointment on line several days ago. It was for a engine oil and filter change. Always like to use factory oils and filters. My service advisor was Jerome and he confirmed what I wanted and told me about an hour to do the service and inspection. Less than an hour later my jeep was finished. Good service department and priced fairly.
Very thorough and detailed in their work. Appeared no shortcuts were taken. Did what they were asked to do and still checked everything else out to insure I got my truck back in excellent running condition. Oil and filter change, radiator flush and antifreeze replaced, tire rotation and balance, tire pressure checked, brake pads checked and all 4 ok, 130,000 mile check and all systems go!

Extremely disappointing experience. Our work truck has been at this dealership for months, with repeated breakdowns, poor communication, and a pattern of delays from start to finish. After our original service advisor left, communication became even worse, and it felt like no one was taking ownership of our repair. We received conflicting information about authorizations, parts, and repair status, and the truck was even returned to us before failing again the same day. The entire experience has been disorganized, frustrating, and costly to our business. I would not recommend this dealership.

Had my car for a week. Didn’t start the job until day 4, despite having a scheduled appointment on the morning of day 1. After picking up the car & driving approximately 4 miles, the problem was back. Service dept didn’t return phone calls. Had to show up in person on day 3 to find out why my car wasn’t done for a repair that they told me would take a day, maybe two.
Everything was ok, except they base your trade in on the vin number, however I put in an upgraded radio and changed the factory cheap bumper out for a steel one and they didn’t want to budge much on my trade in value

Great experience buying from Landers. I communicated with Ryan several times over the phone(I live 4 hours away in Kansas) on a Ford truck. Never felt pressured and didn't get pressed to hard to put a hold on the truck. Arrived and started the deal with a great salesman Ricky as Ryan was tied up with another customer. Finished up with another great guy, Adam in finance. Highly recommend Landers, definitely worth the 4 hour drive!

Experience was without any difficulties. We live 90 miles from Landers, so communication was via text at first. Antoine met us when we arrived at the dealership and the sale of the vehicle went as planned.

Been looking for a new Jeep for a while. Thought I found it in OKC, got catfished by a dealer. My husband found one at Landers and spoke with Jacob. Everything was explained thru texts and we had an appointment set along with our financing. We arrived in Norman to my new Jeep being washed and ready to go! We saved time (since Norman is closer), we saved hassle and stress! And...Jacob gave me red, white and blue dash ducks!!! No doubt where we'll go for a vehicle next time!
Drove from Dallas to Norman to check out a jeep I was interested in and going to purchase. Some minor things needed to be corrected on the vehicle before I purchase. I found out it sold the following day. Checked the site today and it was still on the site. Reach out to the salesperson and was told it actually officially sold today. I was disappointed since I still had a chance. Oh well wish that was communicated to me. Thanks anyways. I don’t know if I see myself doing business with them in the future.

Purchased a car that had a smoke smell, was told they would remove the smell in a 4 hour treatment. Scheduled the appointment for Tuesday last week, get told thy havent got to it yet on Wednesday AND Thursday. No updates from the person who was our point of contact Jeremy.
