Ultimately I was hooked up with Russell Jackson, who was knowledgeable about all the Jeep products. He was low pressure and gave me a great deal. Steve Clark was excellent in finance and didn’t push a bunch of extra warranties but did give good advice on which one he thought was the best deal
Justin Frank made the difference. We brought our car in for repair and air bag check We were told a appointment was needed before service could be given. This was not required before, it gave a rejected feeling. Justin was very helpful in explaining why the appointment was necessary and also gave a possible reason for the car problem, which helped me not to be afraid to drive my car. I really appreciate his personal care. Repair problem solved in a timely manner.
Whole process was seemless from test drive to finance. Salesman was thorough and made sure I was satisfied with purchase. Couldnt have asked for a better deal.
I knew what I wanted, the salesperson (Andre) had the vehicle options ready for me to drive upon my arrival. When I returned the next day to purchase, my paperwork was ready and I was in/out of the dealership within an hour. I had my toddler with me, the rest of the staff spoiled her with treats during this time. Overall, it was an easy buying experience.
Unbelievable service. Broke down while driving out of state and Landers put my family in a vehicle to get to our destination for a family Christmas while they got my truck back in service. Great people.
